FlexForce is seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the face of our company to our valued customers.

Duties:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to transport goods to customer locations
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery notes or invoices, are completed accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods in a timely and professional manner
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record. (CDL or Chauffeur license)
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
• Strong materials handling skills
• Familiarity with warehouse and distribution center operations
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
