Your Role and Responsibilities
. First-line escalation with customer and internal partners
. Responsible for training, developing and monitoring the performance of associates to ensure all baseline KPIs and project goals are met in the most effective and efficient manner.
. Ownership of customer facing accountabilities related to the analysis of cash flow, assessment of payment disputes and collection of unpaid invoices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 7-10 yrs of releated experience in Accounts Receivable w/minimum of 2 yrs in a leader role
  • Knowledge of overall A/R workflow and systems.
  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable of adjustments, research, collections, account issues, and customer relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Strong ERP acumen
  • Able to apply critical thinking to problem solving and analysis.
  • Adept at collaboration, negotiation and teamwork skills.
  • Professional and mature with a high degree of confidence interacting with the customer and other functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with multiple levels of internal and external business partners
  • Analytical, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Experience leading Control compliance and participation in SOX control testing
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Knowledge of SAP; familiar with running reports and performing basic analysis
  • Negotiation skills - Partnering with customer AP to troubleshoot, resolve outstanding concerns to secure payment

Location StatementIBM offers a competitive benefits program which may include medical & prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, mental health & well being, 8 paid holidays, minimum 56 hours paid sick time, 80 hours paid vacation, life insurance, 401(k), financial counseling, and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
