Office Manager (Dental Experience Required)

Seeking an experienced Office Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience in the dental field and preferably speaks fluent Spanish and English. This position is for a charismatic professional with excellent organizational and communication skills who is eager to lead a team. A strong focus on patient education delivering excellent customer service is required. Come grow with us in your dental career!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the patient experience, and take ownership to resolve issues that may arise.
• Build robust schedules and routinely oversee the flow of patients in relation to schedule. Communicate with team members and patients on changes to anticipated schedule.
• Have a strong working knowledge of the insurance process from verification thru claims submission and the accounts receivable process
• Deliver high quality treatment plan presentations
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
