**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly, confident Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work at the front desk, communicating with patients & the dental team to ensure an overall smooth patient experience.

**Duties:**

- Answer phones

- Greet patients

- Schedule appointments

- Collect insurance breakdown information & estimate patient co-payments/portions of treatment

- Enter treatment into patient ledger (using practice management software- iDental)

- Collect payments

- Discuss treatment plans & help patients make financial payment arrangements

- Respond to emails, texts and light touch social media interactions (ie: google reviews)

**Qualifications:**

- Dental experience, specifically, is not required but preferred

- Professional demeanor within a small office setting

- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures and coding a plus

- Polished communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with a small team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
