Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is an important cross-functional digital marketing team member. The Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital channel programs for ABS Group Consulting Services. The Specialist will use their expertise to increase brand awareness, create a robust community of clients through social media, promote company products, services, or events, and drive prospect conversions. The Specialist role coordinates and publishes content to multiple digital channels to elevate the ABS Group Consulting brand to customers and clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinates and publishes content on multiple digital channels, such as the corporate website and social media.
  • Publishes email campaigns, press releases, blog posts, paid display/search advertising, and interactive media to drive compelling customer-facing experiences and elevate the ABS Group brand.
  • Collaborates closely with the Digital Marketing team to establish timelines for digital campaigns.
  • Provides cross-functional digital marketing support for the corporate website, content management system, and email marketing.
  • Innovates with new digital marketing tools and tactics to offer compelling content, media, or digital channels.
  • Adheres to digital privacy compliance regulations on projects.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience related to communications or public relations.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise, enterprise marketing automation software, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, webinar platforms, and enterprise content management systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding key industry drivers and changing buyer needs in B2B marketing (Lead generation, lead nurture).
  • A sound working knowledge of MS Office elements is required.
  • Expertise in creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations to communicate metrics and ROI.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills.
  • Ability to learn the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

  • Google AdWords certification or Google Analytics certification is preferred.
  • Experience with SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or enterprise content management systems is preferred.

Reporting Relationships:

This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and has no direct reports.

Working Conditions:

The work environment will primarily be an air-conditioned office setting requiring the employee to sit for prolonged periods while concentrating on a computer screen. The team member may assist with various tasks, including filing and talking.
