We are recruiting Direct Support Professionals who genuinely want to help people! In this role you will have the opportunity to work with children ages 8-21 with IDD/BH/MH diagnoses.

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE (1ST, 2ND AND 3RD)

Duties are inclusive of but not limited:

• Ensuring a safe environment
• Engaging in daily activities such as ADL’s, Recreational, and Social Activities with individuals
• Addressing and redirecting inappropriate behavior of individuals you are working with by implementing de-escalation techniques and behavioral modification techniques.
• Implement treatment plan goals and objectives!

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma Required (original OR an official copy), Education Evaluation required if education was acquired outside the U.S. Must have reliable transportation; these sites are not public transportation accessible.

Note: Experience coupled with Education dictate pay rate!

EXPERIENCE: Some experience in behavioral health, providing personal care and/or direct care preferred.
