Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an Individual who lives in Highland Park, NJ

Individual living in Highland Park looking for P/T Direct Support Professional/ DSP primarily for emotional support and encouragement. This individual is independent in many ways but requires the emotional support and confidence building that a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional/ DSP can provide. The goal is to promote connection within the community and promote a more active lifestyle, but the path starts with a good Direct Support Professional/ DSP helping this individual develop strong mental habits and a sense of self-worth and ability. This individual loves all things to do with trains, so if you are a model train person, you will have a lot to talk about! The right Direct Support Professional/ DSP will also share an interest in music and be able to engage the individual in exploring new interests. Various weekday and evening hours - if you're the right Direct Support Professional/ DSP, we'll work with your schedule. up to 30 hours per week - $21/hr.

Qualifications:
