Director of Implementation (Healthcare MSP)

Adaptive Workforce Solutions seeks a Director of Implementation to direct and manage our workforce management implementations and ensure all implementation processes run smoothly. This includes configuring technology systems, hiring and training Project Management teams, and working with technology partners to ensure project timelines are completed successfully. Location preference in Arizona or Western Region.

You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing moderately complex implementation projects and ensuring application and process-related project deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and in accordance with client contract specifications and standards. Some of your additional responsibilities will include:

• Providing technology demonstrations and training and working with our clients, VMS partners and internal staff to develop all training and documentation materials, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Configuring VMS and other software tools identified in project specifications.
• Maintaining vendor relations between our firm and the multiple staffing agencies supporting our clients.
• Running weekly project status meetings and driving your team to deliver projects on schedule and on budget.
• Establishing project procedures that support project management standards and guidelines.
• Collaborating on VMS integrations with multiple software systems and IT departments and providing escalation management plans, when needed.
• Identifying interdependencies between concurrent projects to prevent problems.

To qualify for our Director of Implementation position, we require you to have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in software or IT project management and:

• Strong project management skills and a PM certification.
• A strong working knowledge of Excel, Smartsheet’s, and Lucid charts.
• Experience with Vendor Management Software and Managed Provider Services.
• The ability to develop and maintain balanced project plans using software tools.
• The ability to travel 30% - 50% of the time for work.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher.
