Strategic thought leader responsible for partnering with key leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise to accelerate portfolio growth and business performance outcomes while managing overall Virtual Solutions Delivery (VSD) programs, projects, and reporting to ensure successful VSD strategy execution.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Oversees and supports the overall combined workflows of all the VSD Directors to ensure consistency in the demand/intake and overall change management for the channel, project alignment to VSD and the overall enterprise top strategic priorities, long-term business planning and cross-team coordination.

  • Partners with digital leads and key stakeholders across the enterprise, specifically investment planning and channel engineering & innovation to outline KPI success with revenue reinvestment in VSD channel growth and expansion.

  • Provides segment performance analytics and deep dives into KPIs related to sales, teammates, incentives, marketing, training, product initiatives and client research that are impactful to the evaluation of sales and service effectiveness within VSD.

  • Plays the lead role in managing complex VSD projects or initiatives using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment while identifying and communicating innovative solutions and key decisions and updates to stakeholders.

  • Recommends investment opportunities to meet strategic objectives and optimize the program or project portfolio.

  • Develops financial realization measures to aide in communicating the VSD story of success and opportunities to key stakeholders and executives.

  • Supports the Head of Virtual Solutions directly with executive business reviews, compendium completion, kanban updates, and iterative VSD road mapping of channel optimization and expansion.

  • May manage a small team of thought leaders or business analysts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Call Center and/or Banking, and 5+ years of leadership experience in strategy, marketing, product management, sales management, or segment related experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in interaction with senior and executive management to include presenting, interacting, and influencing all level of leaders and partners.

  • Excellent meeting management, conflict management, and presentation skills to include strong verbal skills, written skills, and expert level skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Ability to translate business strategies and emerging external trends to organizational and operational tactics clearly.

  • Self-motivated and must excel in a minimally managed, high-profile position.

  • Ability to influence strategy and decision making.

  • Excellent people management skills include managing a diverse level of skills and experiences in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent written, verbal, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent conceptual/strategic thinking skills, the ability to see the big picture and think outside of the box and project manage the vision to life.

  • Excellent understanding of industry trends; inclusive of advanced knowledge of a broad range of financial planning, digital/virtual, and technology agile concepts

  • Ability to solve unique and highly complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful completion of project management and leadership development programs.

  • Advanced degree completion with a concentration in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent education and related training

  • In-depth knowledge of management and planning systems theory and practical application to complex initiatives

  • Completion of Leadership Development Program or Banking School such as Truist Leadership Development Program

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement, facilitation, and project management methodologies
