Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs, making adjustments as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

• Develop and manage the department's budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.

• Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resource utilization and patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting.

• Experience managing a large team of healthcare professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management.
