**Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team in our busy restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This is an entry-level position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure. **Duties:** - Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment after each meal service - Ensure that the kitchen is spotless and meets health and safety standards - Maintain the cleanliness of the dish room and surrounding areas - Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment - Load and unload dishwashers, and maintain them in good working order - Assist with food service and catering as needed - Support the kitchen team in preparing for meal service - Follow proper food handling and storage procedures - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation - Participate in cleaning and sanitizing tasks outside of the kitchen, such as bussing tables and sweeping and mopping floors - Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent hospitality to our guests **Skills:** - Experience in a restaurant or food service environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time - Knowledge of food handling and storage procedures - Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing practices - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment - Strong communication skills - Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation - Experience with catering and banquet service - Experience with hotel or hospitality industry - Experience with bussing and other front-of-house duties - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
