We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed.
• Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure that all items are stored properly.
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours by helping with food prep tasks when necessary.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ensure that all dishwashing equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.

Skills

• Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of catering or banquet service can be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere within the culinary field.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.
