Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area in the kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and manage recycling activities.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service, hotel, or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience bussing tables or assisting cooks is a plus.
- Familiarity with banquet or hospitality operations is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques.
