Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Your contribution ensures that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, providing a safe and clean environment for food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including floors and work surfaces.
• Properly sort and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Ensure all dishware and utensils are properly stored and ready for use.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a hot, humid environment.
