We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Duties

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste regularly.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks during busy service periods.
• Ensure all items are properly stored after cleaning to maintain an organized workspace.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist in catering events when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering, hotel, or culinary environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the overall dining experience is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
