*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen items. *Duties* - Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines - Wash specific items by hand when necessary - Store clean dishes in appropriate places - Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition - Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed - Support kitchen staff with various tasks such as bussing tables and food service *Skills* - Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Previous experience in a restaurant or banquet setting is a plus - Culinary background or interest in pursuing a culinary career
