Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
  • Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
  • Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
  • Monitor and respond to dispatch related items in the Dispatch inbox constantly.
  • Contact customers to inform them of the technician's estimated time of arrival.
  • Schedule return visits for technicians and plumbers.
  • Estimate drive time accurately.
  • Record and report the service calls.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Update clients throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
  • Ensure understanding by applying advanced listening skills (echoing) in all interactions
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • The ability to multitask is key in this role
  • Experience in dispatch is a huge plus
  • Call center experience a plus
