Requirements:

Team player, works well with other team members and supervisors

Previous dispatching experience 1-2 years

Warehouse experience a plus

Great customer service with attention to detail

Excels in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.

Outstanding communication both written and verbal

Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Must be willing to work OT and some Saturdays 8:30am to 1:00 pm

Valid drivers License and must be willing to undergo background and MVR check

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of drivers.

• Follow set delivery routes ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.

• Work with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate picking of orders.

• Communicate with sales team, office team, and customers to provide order status.

• Coach and train drivers to ensure great service is provided and safety procedures are followed.

• Schedule regular maintenance and address mechanical/safety issues with fleet in a timely manner

• Inspect parts and process returns for credit.
