Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Western part of the Upstate. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Duties
- Supervise and manage multiple store locations within the district
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Conduct regular visits to stores to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Analyze financial reports, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor store managers to drive performance and foster a positive work environment
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee project management activities within the district

Requirements
- Proven experience in a District Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and profit maximization
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,600.00 - $110,000.00 per year
