Velo Law is seeking a Document Processor to assist in the Legal Department. This is an entry level position with opportunity to expand in a specialized field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle court Inquiries.
- Process work product including data entry, printing, compiling.
- Handle account and action reviews.
- Edit, review, and prepare documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and prepare for final mailing.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Possesses the means to multi-task and function in a high volume, and deadline driven environment.
- Committed to learning the interworking of a very specialized field.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capacity to communicate with co-workers at all levels in the company and a team player.
- Adept in Microsoft Office,.
- Ability to communicate with Garnishee(s), Court(s), and/or other authorized or related parties- regarding status and handling of the Post Judgment action.
Education:
- High school or equivalent education.
