Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative

Kansas City, MO - Remote/Hybrid

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earnings: 100% commissions based (1st year estimate is $75,000 - $150,000 on average). Paid on a Price Per Watt (PPW) system, averaging $2,625 - $3,500 per sale based on system size (average = 7 KW).
• Sales Expectations: Aim for at least one sale per week, with high performers closing 3-4 deals weekly.
• Gym Membership: Valued at $150 per month to Genesis Health Club, but you only pay $30 per month.
• Paid Housing: Housing is provided at $400 per month (this is paid out of your commissions and does not require pay upfront).
• Grocery Allowance: Up to $250 per month in grocery allowance (based on company hitting revenue goals)

Position Overview:We are seeking energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to engage homeowners about our solar products. You will conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods to introduce and promote products and services, follow up with leads through warm calling to nurture relationships and encourage sales, and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and business development.

• Working Hours: Work typically Monday to Friday, 3PM to 8:30PM and Saturdays, 10AM to 2PM. Start time varies by manager.
• Daily Gym Commitment: As part of our company culture, employees are expected to attend the gym Monday to Friday. We provide a corporate membership at Genesis, available for only $30/month. This commitment is designed to foster teamwork, enhance productivity, and promote overall well-being.
• Training: Participate in scheduled training and commit time to self-training outside of work hours. The goal is to get you knocking on doors within your 1st week, working alongside experienced closers for on-the-job training. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
