Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable and compassionate service our clients can rely on
- Follow company safety and operational policies and procedures.
- Safely assist clients in and out of vehicle
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide a positive experience
- Ensure company vehicle is clean, orderly, and in proper working condition according to company standards
- Understand and follow all traffic laws and regulations, maintain professional standards, and ethical principles
- Comply with policies to ensure client safety and protect privacy
Qualifications
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and trust with the ability to work independently
- Must have current drivers license and be familiar with local traffic laws and regulations
- Be CPR Certified or willing to become certified (paid training)
- Ability to follow GPS and use transportation applications accurately
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse client population
- Minimum 1-3 years of transportation experience (preferred)
