Job Summary

• Must have patience and compassion to work with individuals with special needs
• All drivers must be flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes
• 25 or older preferred
• Must be able to submit a clean drug screen, nationwide background check, and a 3-year MVR with no violations within the last 2 years
• No DUI period
• Your driver's license must be active
• Must be able to drive in congested traffic throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas
• Must be punctual and have a strong attendance record
• Poor attendance records will not be tolerated
• Must be able to comply with HIPPA laws and requirements
• Must have personal transportation
• Must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times

Responsibilities:

• Must have your own personal vehicle to get to and from work
• Drivers are required to clean inside and out of company vehicles as needed
• Pick up and drop off clients at their medical appointments in a timely manner
• Perform daily inspections of company-provided vehicles before and after the start of routes
• Utilize iPad, company software, and GPS to successfully complete routes
• Assist clients in and out of company vehicles when specified and as needed
• Maintain a clean vehicle inside and out as needed
• Accept trips without prior notice and sometimes at the last minute
• Follow all safety protocols while driving and interacting with clients
• Adhere to all companies’ policies and procedures
• Must be able to work a split shift, starting early morning, afternoons and evenings
