Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments and ensuring timely arrivals while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism on the road.

Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport residents to designated locations.
- Load and unload residents, ensuring proper handling.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during trips, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in activities in the facility when not on trips
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Collaborate with the appointment scheduler for a smooth trip process

- on the job Training on the processes and procedures of handling and securing wheelchair bound residents will be provided.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a residential driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in handling and securing wheelchair bound residents is a plus
- Capability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
