TForce Direct is looking for Employee Drivers to pick up and deliver packages and product.. So, if you have a Car, Mini Van, SUV or Cargo Van and are looking for On-Demand and Routed work, we’ll get you on the right track earning a steady income.

TForce is North America’s largest same-day transportation and logistics provider and we pay competitive wages and compensation. Drivers should have good communication skills, be knowledgeable in the Boston and surrounding areas or able to use GPS and be able to communicate well with customers.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have clean driving record and pass RMV check
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and registration
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Speak and understand English
• Prior driving experience preferred
• Commercial plates, not required but are a plus
• All Shifts available 7 days per week / 24 hours per day

Responsibilities:

• Pickup and deliver packages in a timely manner
• Must be focused on providing excellent customer service
• Drive in a reasonable and professional manner
• Knowledgeable with technology by using our app
