Join our team at Behavioral Health Network as a Electronic Health Record Analyst I!

• Identifies, assesses, troubleshoots Electonic Health Record (EHR) related issues as they occur, and sees through to full resolution.
• Works together with professional, technical, and/or administrative personnel to identify, document and implement process improvement and areas of concern.
• Assists with the evaluation of software and related technology, as needed.
• Develops and documents policies and procedures related to EHR software application updates/changes.
• Collaboratively works with user requests for report creation, bug fixes, training and any other user needs
• Acts as problem solver while looking while working with the Professional Development team towards and developing training plans and process improvement plans.
• Assist with EHR trainings for general employees.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• High School Diploma plus 3-5 years of experience required.
• or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Must have experience working in Information Technology; 2 years preferred.
• Must have clinical or medical billing experience.
• Must have EHR experience; preferably Carelogic.
• Excellent communication skills, technical and non-technical, oral and written.
• Ability to exercise flexibility to adapt to changes in assignments and work environment.
