Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Licensed Electrical Service Manager to oversee our electrical service operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the electrical industry, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and service technicians, ensuring high standards of work and safety practices.
- Project Management: Oversee electrical service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with state and local electrical codes and regulations. Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for service projects, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies, safety procedures, and best practices in electrical service.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Provide technical support for complex electrical issues, guiding the team in diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, team performance, and service metrics to upper management.
Qualifications:
- State Electrical License (required)
- 5-10 years of experience in the electrical field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
