Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience working in a similar external client interaction role where you have worked as the Project Manager or Lead Engineer for the Build and Design of External Client ElectroMechanical Systems including a mixture of
  • PLC (ladder logic and network connectivity to PLC's)
  • HMI, MEP/MES, SCADA, DCS, Process control or similar Software Solutions that interface with hardware and networks and collect data within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Motors and Motion Control Systems (servo motors or similar) that drive things like robotics, conveyor belts, drives, manufacturing/industrial machinery or similar
• Experience gathering Very Technical Requirements from external clients and interpreting-translating those requirements to internal System Build and Design Teams, Field Engineering Teams and System Integration Teams.
• Experience Refining and Re-Defining External Client System Requirements into usable-workable system-build project plans.
• Experience working in a Project Management or Project Coordination type capacity...as the key communicator and driver of System Build projects....experience with project, equipment and personnel resource allocation is a plus
• Experience managing, communicating and 'successing' Customer Change Orders (requests for changes) oftentimes during the system build process.
• Experience with Project System Metrics, Reports and Related Documents including things like: Lists of Parts, Bill or Materials, ElectroMechanical BluePrints and CAD Designs, System Documentation and Training Materials, Project Metrics Reporting (milestones, hours, labor, materials, costing) and managing Project Timing Adherence (timelines, milestones, deadlines)
• A College Degree in Engineering is preferred; PMP, Six Sigma or similar training or certifications are a plus.
