About the Team:
The Email & CRM Coordinator will report into the CRM manager and sit on the Media team.

This role will be supporting US and CAN in optimizing their CRM activities, including email campaigns, lead generation, personalization and SMS. This person will also be a stakeholder in shaping the future strategy of CRM for the cluster.

As an Email & CRM Coordinator, you will be integral in the day-to-day execution and strategic planning of our email and SMS marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital communication platforms and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and collaborative spirit to support our marketing initiatives across the US and Canadian markets.

Your Role as an Email & CRM Coordinator:

  • Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Execute email and SMS marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including in-platofrm building, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Site & Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Go to Market, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with linking strategies and product availability.
    • Lead the design, copywriting, and creative briefing processes, obtaining final approvals and ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
    • Assist in the management of the email and SMS marketing calendars, ensuring timely asset creation, approval, and effective segmentation.
    • Leverage analytics tools to monitor, report, and improve key performance indicators for both email and SMS campaigns.
    • Conduct customer analysis and insight projects to guide CRM strategy and optimize communication effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain innovative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Build and maintain successful relationships with all marketing departments, the North American cluster, global CRM and IT teams, and third-party agencies and partners.
    • Act as a key stakeholder in CRM strategy, supporting cross-functional projects and prioritizing development needs.
    • Work closely with CRM Team to develop and integrate a cohesive loyalty program.
  • Reporting and Optimization:
    • Track ongoing reporting and provide insights for all marketing initiatives, presenting weekly performance findings to key stakeholders.
    • Set KPIs, track performance, and share quarterly reports with markets and global teams.
    • Use data and customer feedback to continually refine and optimize the email and SMS communication strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Craft your career with us if you have:
  • 1-3 years experience in a CRM / email marketing role in Retail, Affordable Luxury, Consumer Goods, Beauty.
  • Experience working in enterprise ESP preferred (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys/Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Experience working in Adobe Analytics preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Asana.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

NYC Salary: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 commensurate on experience
