Overview:

The Email Marketing Analyst will play a key role on the Ecommerce team to develop, execute and evaluate email marketing campaigns to drive profitable sales, build our customer file and support growth initiatives. This position will work with a variety of roles and departments to drive customer experience and sales for all of SCHEELS.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email/push/text marketing strategies to increase engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize email/text/push performance and prepare and present regular reports performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email/push/text marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in email/push/text marketing to keep campaigns current and innovative.
  • Monitor email deliverability and compliance with anti-spam regulations to maintain a positive sender reputation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of email campaigns to ensure proper rendering, functionality, and deliverability.
  • Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of communications.
  • Take ownership of ensuring email marketing compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, by staying informed on updates and implementing necessary changes to maintain legal compliance.

Education & Experience:

The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years marketing experience preferred.


Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodations.
