Position Overview:Manages administrative and specialized Human Resources advisory functions, including but not limited to deployment of employee retention activities, preparation of preliminary investigations and development of associated action recommendations, facilitation of grievances support, and development of training curriculum to address employee relations practices. Leads employee learning related to policies, practices, and wellness programs.
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
- Location: Sacaton, AZ
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience working with executive level, highly sensitive, and confidential information involving employee relations matters required.
- PHR Certification preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.
