Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, manage, and support all processes related to job postings, onboarding, hiring, and employee life cycle changes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations regarding postings, hiring, and terminations.
  • Provide expert support and assistance to managers and administrative staff.
  • Maintain accuracy of employee information across all HR systems.
  • Manage employee personnel files and oversee scanning processes to ensure comprehensive records.
  • Ensure all employment-related documents are current and accessible on the company portal, Connect, for managers and employees.
  • Monitor expiring work authorization documents, providing timely notifications to both employees and managers.
  • Generate employment-related reports and conduct detailed analysis, offering both strategic insights and technical support.
  • Propose and implement improvements to employment processes, enhancing communication methods between staff and management.
  • Draft comprehensive reports and provide technical support as necessary.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and innovations.

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a role focused on employment processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
  • Expertise in utilizing HR systems and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bluebeam.
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify information discrepancies.
  • Customer service driven
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality, discernment, and sound business judgment.
  • Skilled at prioritizing work assignments and comfortable seeking assistance when required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discernment, and business judgment.
