Help assist guests with seating and crowd control at our shows facilities.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Seating Guests; requires basic math skills to optimize theater capacity.

• Regard safety as non-negotiable.

• Communicate Six Flags rules and regulation to the guests

• Requires positive and friendly interaction with the guests, while promoting a positive atmosphere and resolving guests concerns.

• Requires keeping your work location and the park clean and sanitary for all guests and Team Members.

• Observing guests during shows to maintain a pleasant experience for the guests and performers.

• Any job related functions as required by department.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to see in subdued light with the aid of a flashlight.
• Ability to work outside for long periods of time.
• Ability to maintain multiple tasks at one time.
• Able to deal with large crowds effectively while keeping a positive attitude.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Have a good attitude, good appearance, and participate as a member of the team.
• Able to work in varied weather conditions.
• Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
