Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as an Entry Level Sales Specialist at Laird Noller Topeka Ford. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with the dealership's customers, building relationships, and selling a variety of our vehicles. This is a full-time job and offers base pay plus commission.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful entry level sales specialist is expected to achieve between $2500 to $6500 per month in base pay plus commission. The position also provides the following benefits: health insurance, 401K, vacation/sick time, discounts on products/services, and other benefit plans.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the lot and build relationships with them to identify their needs.
  • Research and keep up to date with the latest car models and features to provide customers with valuable information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide vehicle information, and negotiate with customers to close a sale.
  • Manage and plot customer information in the customer relationship management system.
  • Follow up with leads and build customer relationships.
  • Provide product information and deliver vehicles to customers.
  • Work with the team to meet dealership sales goals.

Requirements

  • NO EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to comprehend vehicle models, features, and options.
