Maynor Service Company, a locally owned and operated company serving the Triangle area since 1996, is now seeking an Entry Level Data Analyst for our Finance Department.

Job duties are as follows:

• Provide support to the Finance/Accounting Department.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in our databases.
• Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collect and organize data from various sources.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for business leadership.
• Produce quality and accurate reporting for business leadership and business development.
• Create charts and graphs to show data trends.
• Maintain documentation in an organized and functional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• to be considered as an applicant, Excel coursework and real life application skills will be tested.
• Accounting experience or coursework is a plus.

• High-school diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 – 3 years working in an office setting required, HVAC office experience a bonus.***this is not a remote position***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
