• Must be able to climb ladders with a total weight (including you and equipment) not exceeding 375 pounds
• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet high
• Willingness to work in environments without heating or cooling, both indoors and outdoors, and in various weather conditions
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks such as kneeling or crawling
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record review
