As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of operational activities, predominantly within North America, across the Zeitview properties vertical. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs. In this role, you will provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects, while demonstrating operational excellence, resulting in delighted customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and coordinate telecom operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency, making sure our pilots and customers always have a great experience with Zeitview.
  • Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots, helping them through our online training program and setting them up for success.
  • Make sure everything's ready for our pilots before they arrive on site, ensuring we deliver our projects on time.
  • Tackle any issues that come up on the fly, and make sure our clients receive the highest standard of quality and service.
  • Be there to support our pilots with any site access or planning needs they have, and help iron out any project issues.
  • Possess an understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs.
  • Maintain a pulse on the telecommunications industry.
  • Occasionally work side by side with our Quality Control team to make sure our work maintains the golden standard.
  • Juggle multiple projects, keeping in touch with pilots in the field, and staying on top of their day-to-day challenges
  • Keep track of everything with daily reports and updates, using a mix of spreadsheets and software

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.)
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills with the ability to work both independently and in team settings
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Interested in technology and the drone space. Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • Relevant experience with drones, and/or photography is preferred.
  • Familiar with the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Exceptional computer skills including working with tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English; ability to communicate with customers pilots, and internal teams.
