The Role

Hiring Immediately - As a Sales Representative, you will begin in our Marketing division driving business through targeted marketing efforts and qualifying homeowners for roofing and solar programs. You will participate in regular sales training and team-building events focused on personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify homeowners and residents for our roofing and solar programs through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with sales development representatives and sales team members to raise brand awareness and create appointments for our services
  • Participate in regular sales training to learn how to deliver engaging presentations to homeowners about our remodeling solutions and design options
  • Participate in regular team building events focused on personal development and leadership skillsets to empower you to represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity, embodying our brand values and commitment to service excellence.

  • Experience: Experience in marketing, business, sales, retail sales, customer service, sales development representative, or outside sales representative roles is a plus

Compensation and Perks

  • Earnings Outlook: uncapped commissions – our average team member makes $75K - $150K in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
