Job Description

Enviro Clean Restore, a family-owned business with a 30-year legacy in restoring homes and businesses, is seeking an energetic and driven outside sales representative to spearhead our expansion across RI, CT, and MA.

This person can live in RI, MA, or CT!

Whether you're a seasoned sales professional with restoration experience or a motivated individual looking to launch your career in a dynamic field, we welcome your application. Your compensation will reflect your experience and capabilities, with a flexible structure that includes:

- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
- Company Vehicle Stipend ($700/month)
- Cell Phone
- Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
- PTO

Your Mission: Cultivate Lasting Relationships

While experience in restoration is a plus, we prioritize your ability to build and nurture relationships. You'll connect with a diverse range of professionals, from insurance adjusters to property managers to plumbers to facility managers and so on! Your ability to interact comfortably with these professionals will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Network and build relationships within your target verticals (schools/universities, municipalities, property management, and more).
- Leverage existing contacts and continuously expand your network.
- Educate potential clients on Enviro Clean's services and the value of preparedness.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Represent Enviro Clean with professionalism and integrity.
- Develop sales strategies to successfully land new customers.

Ideal Candidate:

- Dynamic, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to structure your own schedule.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
