Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure; Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors; Communicable diseases; Electrical shock; Floor Surfaces; Hot/Cold Temperatures; Indoor/Outdoor conditions; Latex; Lighting; Patient care/handling injuries; Radiation; Shift work; Travel may be required; Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators; environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

- Displays customer service skills and ability to resolve issues and address concerns from stakeholders.
- Utilizes effective communication through verbal and computer skills to maintain efficient operations and respond to requests such as prioritizing patient room cleaning.
- Exhibits organization and ability to use critical thinking and delegate by responding to communication devices and entries via bed management system.
- May assist with daily operations to include use of UV Light.
- Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QULAIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Experience in computer skills.
- One year specialized training in customer service preferred. Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.
