Responsibilities:
  • Be organized and have the ability to accurately track all equipment components both incoming and outgoing.
  • Open and manage trouble ticket system for all equipment
  • Ensure daily performance metrics are being met or exceeded, i.e., quality, productivity, and schedule adherence metrics.
  • Be familiar with safe packing procedures and various shipping methods.
  • Always demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Address and solve equipment technical problems in a timely manner and complete all work assignments within expected time frames.
  • Adhere to all work schedule assignments.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines.
  • Abide by and support management directives and adhere to all Teleperformance policies.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
  • Must be in Warren, Michigan
  • Must have a strong understanding of PC Hardware
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Requires employee to stand 90%+ of the time.
  • Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
  • Flexible to work anytime between 6am-6pm EST M-F and any weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Be detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Strong customer service skills, confident at handling escalations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: security, HR, Operations, etc. and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately.
