What we need
An early career Project Manager with a growth mindset to support Provider Technology Value Stream. Our organization is responsible for multiple high priority, high complexity, initiatives, in support of our mission to drive affordability and offer an unparalleled consumer experience. We need a project manager who can see one of these initiatives through end to end, in an organized and proactive manner. This role will work collectively to modernize our Provider systems over the next 3-4 years.

Your Day to Day
Delivers small to medium-sized/low complexity projects impacting one or more technology areas
Manages project plan, timeline, cost, budget, and scope
Identifies, communicates, and escalates (as necessary) risks, issues, decisions, technical progress
Coordinates resources in a cross-functional matrixed environment, including agile/scrum teams
Supports Sr Project/Program Managers across inter-dependencies

We’re Looking for:
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong technical knowledge of information systems, ability to quickly comprehend SDLC work
mature time management skills and ability to set/communicate priorities
servant leader mindset to optimize team performance and collaboration

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Technology, Business or related discipline, preferred

High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

Salary Range: $75,911.00 - $96,470.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
