Job Description

Public Trust Advisors is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Executive Team in Denver, Colorado. This is a HYBRID work opportunity in Denver, Colorado. Parking or RTD pass is provided. No relocation is provided for this position. Only candidates residing in the Denver area will be considered.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive team.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company objectives.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration by executives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and employ sound judgment in decision making
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time. Lift up to 15 lbs.
