Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Zilla LLC, a leading Trade Show Exhibit and Promotional Marketing Management company located in Dublin, Ohio. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely client communications, data entry, and (ppotentially) basic accounting assistance. This position requires a meticulous individual who can maintain project details with precision, multitask using spreadsheets, and effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned based on experience.

  • Researching products for clients, and providing quotes
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs
  • Data Entry into spreadsheets or other
  • Follow up with clients in regards to ongoing events and project needs.
  • Research trade show services requirements, and submit documentation as needed
  • Online folder organization and upkeep
  • Basic office support and data entry required

Requirements:

  • Dependability in high-output environments and multitasking
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Dedication to quality and service expectations
  • Sales tax filing experience a big plus!

Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or basic accounting a big plus!
