What You'll Do:

  • Be the Face of Our Firm: Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare for client meetings, set up conference rooms, arrange refreshments, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and accurately update client contacts and case details in our CRM system.
  • Data Management Expert: Oversee data entry and manage electronic and physical files with meticulous attention to detail.
  • File Management: Ensure client files (covering probate, estate planning, business organizations, and referrals) are impeccably managed from start to finish.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the office in tip-top shape, manage supplies, and ensure all equipment functions perfectly.
  • Event Coordinator: Play a key role in organizing and managing estate planning seminars and other firm events.
  • Multitasking Expert: Handles various tasks, from processing mail and conducting internet research to liaising with title companies for deed-related tasks.
  • Confidentiality Champion: Maintain the utmost discretion while working independently or as part of a team.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: A BA Degree is a plus but not required; what matters most is your capability and attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and other internet-based programs, with a typing speed of 50 WPM or more.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear, concise expression.
  • Organizational Aptitude: Superior organizational skills for managing electronic and paper files, with a laser focus on detail.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: A self-starter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is always ready to tackle new challenges.
  • Dependability: A strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability are non-negotiable.
