Job Title: Experience Designer - Conceptual Design and Prototyping Specialist

Location: Fully Remote (Video/Audio capability will be required on remote working days)

Duration: 3 months but high possibility of extension depending on performance and team fit

Pay Rate Range: $65/hr - $72/hr on w2

Work Schedule: Open to part-time or full-time, 20 hours minimum 9/80 schedule (Overtime is not expected but could be possible based on business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by the manager)

• A portfolio link is a must.
• Experience in the entertainment business is a big plus.
• An art director/product designer for 8+ years. Should be skilled in Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and prototyping.
• Should engage the users making improvements to the user journey.
• Should have designed the landing pages for management, learning, & news.
• Have An aesthetic profile that should be clean and similar vibe to Apple products/designs.
• No specific software experience is required as long as they get the job done.
• An experienced art director/product designer with over 8 years in the industry, possessing a strong portfolio in conceptual design and prototyping. Should be adept in Figma, After Effects, and Photoshop, with a demonstrated history of enhancing user experiences and crafting clean, aesthetically pleasing designs. Someone who has worked on high-profile projects showcasing their ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate effectively with research and marketing teams. With a background in the technology, entertainment, or consumer electronics industries, they excel in a dynamic environment, bringing innovative ideas to life through a broad, iterative design process.

Job Description:

The individual will be juggling multiple projects, mainly focusing on the creative and initial stages of the process. Ideas flow in constantly. Depending on the project, they assign different designers. Sometimes there's a pause, sometimes a bit of back-and-forth with iterations and prototyping. It's quite dynamic. They also work on demos, which are reviewed by our ELT (Executive Leadership Team). The requirements shift weekly, moving across projects and demos.

Focus:

• The role focuses on conceptual design and prototyping within various domains.
• Main objectives include generating ideas, iterating and prototyping designs, and creating demos for review.
• Looking for a candidate with a rich portfolio showcasing various user experience designs and clean UI.
• Critical thinking skills and comfort with a broad, iterative design process are essential.
• Prior experience in technology, entertainment, or consumer electronics industries is preferred.
