Job Description:

Join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Technician at Banana Landscape. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our clients' landscapes, as well as providing crucial snow and ice removal services during winter months. We value hard work, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and air-blowing.
• Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
• Any experience in landscape-related areas such as fertilizer application, master gardening, pruning, and landscape construction is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and follow instructions to ensure quality service.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Ensure reliable transportation for consistent attendance at work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years commercial maintenance experience.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.

Job Type and Compensation:

• Full-time
• Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Wages depend on experience and performance, with opportunities for growth).
