**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our food service team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. **Duties:** - Greet and serve guests in a timely and attentive manner - Take orders and operate a cash register or point-of-sale system - Prepare food and beverages according to menu specifications - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Manage tables and ensure efficient table turnover - Upsell and promote menu items and special offers - Maintain a clean and organized dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery - Utilize OpenTable or other reservation systems to manage reservations and seating - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a server or food service role - Strong customer service and hospitality skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables simultaneously - Proficiency with cash handling and operating a cash register - Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation - Familiarity with Aloha POS systems - Experience with OpenTable or other reservation systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods **Skills:** - Sales and customer service skills - Experience in food service and hospitality - Cash handling and math skills - Proficiency with cash registers and Aloha POS systems - Familiarity with the food industry and food preparation - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - OpenTable and other reservation system experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
