Job Title: Family Center Program Manager
Location/Work Status: Honolulu, Hawaii with flexible work environment
Job Type: Regular Full Time, Exempt
Compensation: $5,040.74/month with competitive benefits package

Summary of Program and Position:
KPT Family Center provides a wide array of services to individuals and Families living in Kalihi and surrounding areas. Community members are assisted with basic needs such as food, clothes, household goods, and school supplies. The Family Center also provides support by linking individuals to needed resources.
The primary functions of the Program Manager are to perform duties related to supporting clients in the Family Center programs, targeting families at risk for child abuse and neglect, low-income families, and immigrant families, developing and updating curriculum related to parenting. The Program Manager will also provide supervision and leadership to program staff reporting to this position. This position is under the direct supervision of the Program Director.
Essential Duties:
1. Provides leadership, training, supervision, case review approval, and performance management for employees who report directly to this position.
2. Completes accurate and timely funder reports (includes reviewing and collecting data.)
3. Assists in the facilitation of group meetings, trainings, and activities for the staff.
4. Assists the Program Director as called upon and is responsible for assuming the duties of staff members when they are absent.
5. Responsible for curriculum update and development for parenting projects.
6. Educates the community and community partners regarding services and opportunities within FEOC.
7. Develops working relationships with new and potential community partners and resident leaders in support of the Program Director and/or Community Developer.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus,
1. Three (3) years’ experience working in the social services field.
2. Three (3) years’ experience in case management.
3. Three (3) years’ experience working in supportive service programs designed for underserved populations, required.
Experience: One-year supervisory experience is required.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus,
1. Two (2) years’ experience in social services.
2. Two (2) years’ experience in case management.
3. Two (2) years experience working in supportive service programs designed for underserved populations.
