Practice Information

• One BC/BE Family Physician is needed to join West Jordan Clinic
• Provide access to a fast-growing community
• Enjoy a flexible schedule
• Will share call with the group
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
